Pre heat your oven to 160 degrees.
Melt your cheese and chocolate together.
Then add your egg yolks to the mix and then stir together.
In a seperate bowl begin mixing your egg whites until they are stiff and white.
Gently fold the egg whites into your mix.
Pour your batter into a tin (preferrably an eight inch tin).
Tap the tin on a hard surface to remove any air.
Surrond the tin with a baking tray filled with hot water.
Bake for 40 minutes then remove and cool for twenty minutes.
Sprinkle with some icing sugar and serve.
