In a large mixing bowl add the flour, baking powder, brown sugar & the ground cinnamon.
Melt the Dairygold Baking Block in a microwave & add to the mixture.
Beat 2 eggs & mash 3 bananas in two seperate bowls, then add both to the mixture.
Mix all ingredients into a sticky batter.
Add the batter to a lightly greased baking tin.
Place in a pre-heated oven ar 180ºC for 40/45 minutes.
Remove from oven & leave in the tray to cool for 10 minutes.
Now remove and leave on a wire rack to cool even further.
