Dairygold, Garlic & Parsley Steak Topper

    • 80g / 5 tbsp Dairygold
    • 2tbsp parsley, finely chopped
    • 1 clove of garlic, crushed

It doesn’t take much to add something extra to a nice bit of steak before you serve it up to the hungry hordes. All you need is a little bit of garlic, parsley – and Dairygold. Add a baked potato on the side, and it’s Dinner of the Week!

Ingredients

  • 80g / 5 tbsp Dairygold
  • 2tbsp parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, crushed

Instructions

While you do your steaks in the pan, mix the chopped parsley, crushed garlic and Dairygold together in a bowl.

Once your steaks are almost cooked, simply dollop the mixture on top of them, allow it to sit in the pan for one minute, then serve. It’s as simple as that!
